RELAX!! Kozy Cabin Retreat is the perfect place for relaxation and a stress-free getaway. Step in this adorable cabin that welcomes you with a large great room with comfortable leather seating with pull out queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and French doors that lead out to the covered porch. Spacious kitchen has everything needed for a family meal or quick snack. Kitchen bar seating for two and dining table for four. Master bedroom offers a King size bed and flat screen TV with a master bath to soak in the jetted tub! Feet away is the guest bedroom with Queen size bed and another flat screen TV and guest bathroom. Step outside on the coverd porch and sip your morning coffee while watching the fog lift and listening to the birds sing. Grill up some dinner on the gas grill and enjoy roasting marshmallows in the evening over the fire pit. The cabin was clean and well appointed. These were our two priorities. The WiFi/ streaming was spotty but did not bother us. We didn’t care. This may cause some issues with people who need to work while away.

Sam was excellent in helping us find a cabin to rent for a month while we searched for a home to buy! Our cabin was a perfect home away from home. Would recommend mountain country to anyone!

Amazing, an unforgettable experience, luved every moment of our stay at Kozy cabin and experience the surrounding area of Murphy it is really worth a visit we will be back, have not even scratched the surface of all the adventure awaiting for us.

It was a very nice cabin, clean and stocked up well with supplies. Beautiful location and indeed a Kozy Cabin. My family and I loved it. My only complaint would be the internet. The streaming devices provided on the TV were very spotty and sometimes would not load at all. The secondary bedroom’s Roku would not work unless every night I put the password in again for it to reconnect. Also Netflix wouldn’t load at all. Not sure if it’s possible to have higher speed internet but I 100% suggest they look into it for an overall better experience. When you have no cell service, It would be nice to be able to rely on the Wifi for connection. I know they provided a landline but just would like to be able to communicate via text with family as well. Also my fiancé was trying to send some emails for work via WiFi and again had an issue. It just was lagging and actually got quite frustrating at times.. I want to be clear, I know we are out in the woods and internet isn’t important to most but I’m not sure if the owners are aware that if streaming apps are on option for TV that the internet has to be higher speed in order to download. Would love to rent it again and hopefully have a better experience with the internet then.
